3. Storage Unit Usage
Eligibility: Storage units are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Entities representing a business must have the authority to enter into contracts.
3.1 Unit Allocation
Units are allocated based on availability and customer requirements. Belgravia Storage reserves the right to change the assigned unit without prior notice.
3.2 Prohibited Items
- Explosives and flammable materials
- Illegal substances
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous chemicals
- Live animals
Possession of prohibited items may result in immediate termination of the storage agreement and potential legal action.
4. Rental Terms
Rental periods are typically on a monthly basis, starting from the date of agreement signing. Belgravia Storage reserves the right to adjust rental terms with appropriate notice.
4.1 Payment
Payments are due on the first day of each month. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the rental agreement.
4.2 Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required upon signing the rental agreement. This deposit covers any damages or unpaid fees at the end of the rental period.
5. Access and Security
Belgravia Storage is committed to providing a secure environment for your belongings. Access hours are designated in the rental agreement, and 24/7 access may be available for an additional fee.

While we implement robust security measures, Belgravia Storage is not liable for any loss or damage to goods stored, except in cases of proven negligence.
6. Liability
Belgravia Storage operates on a "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our storage facilities.
6.1 Insurance
Customers are encouraged to obtain their own insurance to cover stored items, as Belgravia Storage does not provide insurance coverage.
7. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the storage agreement with a written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, customers must vacate their storage units by the agreed-upon date.
7.1 Early Termination
Early termination may be subject to fees as outlined in the rental agreement.
7.2 Eviction
Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may result in eviction of the stored items at the customer’s expense.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of Belgravia Storage services will be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.
9. Amendments
Belgravia Storage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Belgravia Storage operates.
11. Severability

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Belgravia Storage, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
